2. Ordering & Contract

2.1 When you place an order online, you will receive an order acknowledgment email detailing your purchase.

2.2 Contract acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order prior to dispatch due to product availability, pricing/description errors, or payment processing issues.

All prices shown on our website include VAT (where applicable). Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order completion.

4.1 You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery.

4.2 Returned items must be unused, in their original unopened packaging, and in saleable condition.

4.3 Customers are responsible for paying the return postage costs.
