If you are local to Great Dunmow, you can deliver your carpet to our workshop and collect it within 3-5 working days. Alternatively, you can book a while-you-wait appointment, and we will edge your carpet within 1-2 hours for same-day collection. Tape binding features a border with approximately 55mm of tape visible. Narrow-tape binding features a border with approximately 5mm of tape visible.

Carpet whipping is a traditional style featuring a woollen yarn which is overlocked to the edge of a carpet. It is a simple, affordable edging style suitable for all carpet types. Tape binding is a more contemporary style featuring binding tape which is folded and professionally hand-stitched to the edge of the carpet. It is a premium, durable edging style suitable for low-pile (short) carpet types.

While-you-wait appointments usually take between 1-2 hours depending on the size and shape of the rug or runner.
