Return Policy

We are not able to give refunds on any products that are cut to your requirements or custom made for you. For all other products, you have 14 days in which you can return them should they be unsatisfactory for which you would receive a full refund of the purchase price. To be able to return the goods you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods of your intention of returning the goods and the reason for doing so. It is important that you are sure about the colour you require and that you take accurate measurements before placing your order with us. All goods should, where possible be returned in their original packaging and always well packed and protected, in undamaged and original condition. You can arrange this yourself and we advise you to get a receipt and proof of postage and ensure the goods are adequately insured. It is your responsibility to pay for the cost of returning the goods. When we have received and inspected them and we are happy they have been returned in the same condition that they were dispatched, we will refund the total goods value. Goods that are faulty can, of course, be returned. Please contact us for a return authorisation number. We cannot accept the return of goods that you simply don't like. Whilst we try to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may occasionally be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do not currently operate a backorder system - if an item is out of stock at the time you order, you will be informed of this.
