Strong, durable 100% cotton tape in a traditional birds eye design. Available in 15 fashionable shades (see below).

Approximately 55mm of edging is visible when finished.

To achieve a narrower appearance, the width can be reduced to a minimum of 40mm upon request.

Perfect for edging any low pile carpet, Sisal, Seagrass, Coir, etc. Colour samples available on request.

Customers are always welcome at our Workshop in Essex, where we can often edge your rugs While-U-Wait. When this is not possible we are usually able to finish your rugs within a week (While-U-Wait - certain edgings only, please phone first to make an appointment). Service Information

Carpet Preparation - Prior to edging, every carpet is cut straight and square to make the largest possible square or rectangle unless it’s clearly marked otherwise.
IMPORTANT – If you do not want us to do this, please mark each piece - " DO NOT CUT "

Cutting straight and square - FREE OF CHARGE (cutting to a specfic size or shape may incur extra costs).

Please Note

  • Written instructions will be required to cut a carpet to a size or shape.

  • Maximum size - This can vary depending on carpet type. If you are considering anything over 4 metres square, please phone us to discuss your requirements.

  • Natural carpets such as Coir, Seagrass, Sisal etc. tend to have prominent designs woven into the material. These designs rarely run straight or square. Please indicate whether you will want the carpet cut to follow the design or cut straight and square.

  • Shapes - Gentle curves and internal corners are sometimes possible. Please check first by faxing a plan with dimensions.

  • Corners may be finished square or mitred, depending on size or shape of the material.
